3001 Two Gang Low Voltage Cut In Ring

A standard two-gang sized low voltage cut in ring. Use this ring to mount any kind of standard low voltage cover plate and most devices. There are (2) arms on the ring in opposite corners that tightly grab onto sheetrock when installed. 

To install:

1. Measure the size of the hole to be cut. A convenient method is to place the ring against the wall and draw a line from the inside of the box against the wall.

2. Use a jab knife or similar tool to cut a hole according to the size drawn.

3. Measure and see if the ring fits. If the hole is too small, gently saw small portions and try to fit the ring again. The hole can always be made larger but cannot be made smaller so take your time.

4. After the ring fits snugly inside the cut in hole use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten up the screws. This will clamp the plastic arms against the sheetrock and make for a stable installation.
