If any item fails or breaks during normal use we'll send a shipping label to receive the item at our warehouse. After checking the unit if we confirm that it is broken we will either refund your order purchase amount or send you a like item, your choice.
If we confirm the item is still in good order we will contact you and explain the resolution of the issue and send your item back to you. With physical items this likely wont be the case but with programmable items many times we are able to fix the unit with a firmware update or programming reset.
